Across the road, you’ll find a Westfield shopping centre, a town centre, a private secondary school and an indoor recreation space in future.
There’s also a concept in the works to create Kororoit Creek Regional Park next door to Deanside Village. Set to open in 2022, this 215-hectare green space will be home to local flora and fauna and become a space for you to breathe easily.
